About

Maneesh has held a variety of roles in financial services, corporate M&A, investing, and enterprise technology. He has worked as a corporate development M&A manager in the tech industry, an eCommerce private equity investor, an investment banking analyst at Macquarie Capital covering software & business services M&A, and in strategic finance at Amazon. He has worked on M&A deals worth $1B+ in aggregate.Over the course of his professional experience, Maneesh has developed relationships with established private equity funds, institutional investors, and created an extensive network of capital sources.Selected Transaction Experience:
•Sale of OnCourse Learning financial services business unit to Adtalem Global Education for ~$120M
•Sale of Panopto to K1 Investment Management
